Positive Reflection

The holidays are undoubtedly my favorite time of the year. There’s so much love and magic in the air and I was always get real festive up in my home. Fall candles, crock pot chili, comfy blankets, and all the decorations you can have without your neighbors getting concerned about your habit.

My newest and most favorite tradition is very simple yet effective. I get a mason jar, I call it my “Won’t He Do It?’ jar but basically I write down all my answered prayers, accomplishments, anything that has just been a blessing in my life on a piece of paper and put it in this jar. I do it throughout the year but you can do it for the holiday season if you want.

Anyway at the end of the year, preferably New Year’s Eve, I take everything out of the jar and reflect on my year; I also put my goals for the incoming year in there. This helps me end the year on a positive note, even if I did have some rough pat he’s here and there.

What are some of your traditions? Thank you for reading!
