For the most part, I’m already cultivating a lifestyle that is very stable and will allow me to continue building up to where I see myself. HOWEVER, my battle with food and my weight is honestly just so God awful.
I think one habit I could start doing is transition into more of a plant based diet. Some people have high metabolisms and they can just live their best lives without trying but ya girl isn’t one of them.
I think if I went ahead and just started coming off of certain meats and cutting certain things out of my diet then it’ll only get easier as I get older.
